Dermal spots, also known as subcutaneous spots, are commonly found in nevus of Ota, zygomatic nevus of brownish-bronze, and nevus of Ito, etc. They need to be removed by medication and physical methods according to different diseases.
1. Nevus of Ota: belongs to pigment increase skin disease, can be treated by standard Q laser, such as 755 or 1064 laser. After several treatments, most of nevus of Ota can be completely removed.

It can be treated by laser, such as ruby and Nd:YAG laser, by destroying melanin particles in dermal melanocytes, prompting their rupture, and the ruptured melanosomes are eliminated by phagocytes to achieve treatment; for small range of pigmentation, liquid nitrogen freezing and chemical peeling can be tried.
