Cervical DNA test and TCT test are two different tests that can do the initial screening of cervical cancer, relatively cervical DNA test will be better and more accurate, and the cost will be relatively higher. The differences between the two tests are as follows: 1) Cervical DNA test: By measuring the DNA content and heteroploidy of cervical cells, it can determine whether there are abnormal changes in chromosome number and structure of the sampled cervical mucous membrane cells, so as to determine whether cervical cancer is present; 2) TCT test: The tissue sampled from the cervical mucous membrane is put into a bottle of liquid, and the cells in it are filtered through sedimentation. After that, cancer cells of the lesion will be found under the microscope to determine whether the patient has cervical cancer. Both of these tests are preliminary screening for cervical cancer, and the real diagnosis needs to be confirmed by pathological examination of cervical biopsy.
