The minimum amount of blood donated

Generally the minimum blood donation cannot be less than 200mL and all will require a blood donation between 300-400mL. This is because if the blood donated is less than 200mL, normal units of red blood cells cannot be produced. This is because a unit of red blood cells is separated from 200mL of whole blood, which is the smallest unit of red blood cells for clinical transfusion. If it is lower than 200mL, it will not be able to produce normal red blood cells and cannot be supplied for clinical application. Therefore, the minimum amount of blood donated should not be less than 200mL, but preferably between 300-400mL. Because this amount has no significant effect on the human body, and it is also easier to produce the right number of red blood cells and the right amount of plasma that can be easily applied to clinical needs, the minimum blood donation should not be less than 200mL, and preferably between 300-400mL.
