Can migraines be passed on to our next generation?

Will migraine be passed on to our next generation? Migraine is not a strictly hereditary disease, meaning that migraine is not absolutely hereditary, but migraine has a certain genetic tendency, and studies have found that if the elders in the family have migraine, then the next generation is more likely to develop migraine than normal people. In addition to genetic factors, the occurrence of migraine is also associated with other related factors, such as exertion, infection, stressful conditions, high-fat diet, and bright light stimulation, all of which may trigger the onset of migraine. Migraine is not a fatal disease, but it is far more devastating to the mind and body than the disease itself, so to avoid the occurrence of genetic migraine, we need to develop good diet and living habits, and to eat less cheese, chocolate, red wine and other foods. We need to exercise more, get enough sleep, and avoid noise and bright light to prevent migraines from happening.
