What clinical trials are available for the targeted drug lapatinib

Patients with gastric cancer who meet the following major criteria may meet the enrollment criteria  1. all histologically or cytologically confirmed gastric cancer, age ≥ 20 years; patients with ErbB2 amplification detected by FISH in primary or metastatic tumor tissue; 2. patients who have received chemotherapy including 5-fluorouracil and/or cisplatin regimens and are now determined to have progressive gastric cancer; 3. measurable lesions according to RECIST criteria; 4. normal cardiac function, with left ventricular ejection fraction within 5.
