The painful eye rotation should be determined by the accompanying symptoms and signs associated with the painful eye rotation. If the pain is associated with both eyes turning, the pain is tingling, accompanied by eye swelling and increased secretion, consider inflammation or visual fatigue, usually local drops of anti-inflammatory eye water for hot compresses, rest for a while may slowly improve. If the eye is painful to turn, accompanied by blurred vision or visual field loss, consider whether there is a problem with the optic nerve. If there is a problem with the optic nerve, go to the hospital in a timely manner, CT or orbital and disk to determine which part of the optic nerve is the problem, whether it is edema, inflammation or embedded pressure for emergency treatment.
