In order to put the results and experience of training into further practice in our own work, after the training, the party day activities of the eighth party branch of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were carried out under the organization of branch secretary Su Wu Yun and branch committee member Zhang Kaixiu, and all the party members of the eighth party branch and nine patients’ families participated in this activity. Through the doctor-patient role exchange, all the doctors and patients who participated in the experience learned one word: putting heart to heart. In fact, both doctors and patients are reasonable people who understand right and wrong. The reason why the two sides have conflicts is still because of poor communication and mutual distrust. Patients do not understand the difficulties of doctors, and doctors fail to appreciate the difficulties of patients. As a party member, a party worker and a clinician I participated in this activity and had a deep experience. Usually, when I look at doctors and hospitals from the patients’ point of view, I always feel that they are not satisfied with this and that, and from the doctors’ point of view, I feel that the patients do not understand the doctors, but after this experience, the patients really feel that the medical staff have a big workload and mental pressure, and they need dedication and more understanding and care from the whole society, and the doctors really experience the difficulties and feelings of the patients in the process of seeking medical treatment and understand what the patients need most.
