The Zhongji point belongs to the Ren Vessel and is located on the anterior midline of the human abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus. Positioning method is to extend the palm of the hand, remove the thumb in addition to the four fingers together, to the middle finger near the palm of the interphalangeal joint for the horizontal line, the width of the four fingers is 3 inches, the middle pole point in the navel under the four fingers and then 1 inch down the place.
