The (++++) at the urine test may appear at the occult blood, which may be occult nephritis, or at the urine protein (++++), which indicates high urine protein. (++++) at occult blood indicates the presence of blood in the urine, which commonly manifests as blood in the urine and may be a bleeding and congested kidney, commonly in occult nephritis. The number of aberrant red blood cells in the urine can be re-examined for urine red blood cell bitemetry. If the number of aberrant red blood cells in the urine is high, accounting for more than 80%, the diagnosis of occult nephritis can be confirmed, which may develop into diseases such as renal failure. At urine protein (++++) indicates proteinuria, which may be a warning sign of eating too much high protein diet, protein is difficult to digest and absorb completely and excreted with urine or kidney disease, the kidneys are damaged to varying degrees and the filtration function is reduced causing protein leakage, and (++++) in urine test suggests hematuria or hemoprotein.
