How to Adjust Gut Flora

Disorders of intestinal flora are mostly considered to be caused by gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. Generally, the intestinal flora can be regulated through general treatments such as adjusting living habits, and medications such as bifidobacteria.
1. Gastroenteritis: It is generally recommended that patients should have a regular diet, wash their hands before and after meals, ensure a clean diet, and reduce the intake of greasy, unclean and poorly digested food. Avoid taking antibiotics for a long time, antibiotics have a killing effect on intestinal flora, and prolonged use will aggravate flora disorders.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome: patients can take probiotics as prescribed by the doctor, probiotics can regulate the ratio of flora and promote the propagation of beneficial bacteria, such as bifidobacteria, bacillus subtilis and so on. Regular work and rest, avoid smoking and drinking.
If the above situation is not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to the hospital in a timely manner, to identify the cause of the disease and then give targeted treatment. The above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
