Red ginseng, jujube, wolfberry and cinnamon tea has the effect of tonifying qi and blood, nourishing the blood and tranquilizing the mind, but the effect of Chinese medicine as a substitute for tea cannot be equated with the therapeutic effect of the drug.

Red ginseng: has the effect of tonifying qi and blood intake, tonifying vital energy, etc. It can treat qi deficiency, cold limbs and weak pulse, collapse and leakage (excessive menstruation or more than a few drops) bleeding and other diseases. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear; not to be shared with wulingzhi, veratrum.

The adverse effects of this drug are not clear; those with internal stagnation, phlegm-heat, plumpness (stomach distension and discomfort) and dampness should not be used.
3. Lycium barbarum: it has the effect of tonifying liver and blood, nourishing kidney essence and brightening the eyes, and it can treat the deficiency of liver and kidney yin, essence and blood. Its adverse effects and contraindications are still unclear.
4. Gui Yuan: the Chinese medicine is called Longan Meat, which has the effects of nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind, benefiting the vital energy and nourishing the blood, etc. It can treat the symptoms of deficiency of the heart and spleen, as well as the symptoms of deficiency of vital energy and blood. The adverse effects of this medicine are not clear; it is contraindicated for those who are full of lumps and dampness, those who have phlegm (a pathological product formed as a result of impaired metabolism of water and fluid), and those who have phlegm-heat.
Red ginseng should be taken by decoction; jujube, wolfberry and longan meat should be taken by decoction; tea drinking is not the correct way to use; tea drinking may cause insufficient release of the active ingredients of the above medicines, thus reducing the therapeutic effect.
