There is no such thing as a specialized medicine for lung nodules. The specific treatment needs to be decided according to its different causes, some of which do not need treatment, and the common causes are pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, and so on.
1. Pneumonia: some patients with pneumonia have nodules on imaging, which are mainly due to inflammatory reactions caused by pathogenic microorganisms infecting the lungs. Sensitive antibiotics such as cefdinir and levofloxacin are mainly used in the treatment of bacterial infection; antifungal treatment such as fluconazole and voriconazole is mainly given for fungal infection.
2. Tuberculosis: it is an infectious disease mainly caused by tuberculosis bacillus, and anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid, rifampicin and streptomycin are mainly used in the treatment.
3. Lung cancer: it is a malignant tumor of lung, most of the isolated lung nodules are in the early stage of lung cancer, which can be cured through surgical treatment, and the specific treatment needs to be decided after comprehensive assessment, and the common treatments also include radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and so on.
4. Other cases: some lung nodules may be formed by long-term exposure to dust, granulomatous lesions formed after chronic inflammation, or hemangiomas, misshapen tumors and so on, which do not need treatment in the short term, and can be reviewed regularly.
When you find lung nodules, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in time, give individualized treatment after clarifying the cause, the above drugs should be taken under the guidance of doctors and pharmacists.
