(1) Jaundice: in case of blood group incompatibility between the pregnant woman and the fetus, most of the children with ABO blood group incompatibility will develop jaundice in 2~3 days after delivery, while those with Rh blood group incompatibility will develop jaundice in 24 hours after delivery, which will worsen rapidly. (2) Anemia: It mainly occurs in children with Rh blood group incompatibility, who have severe anemia or heart failure after birth, and some of them have advanced anemia after 3-6 weeks after delivery. (3) Liver and spleen enlargement: Children with Rh blood group incompatibility often have different degrees of liver and spleen enlargement. (4) Complications: Serious cases of blood group incompatibility between pregnant women and fetuses can cause bilirubin encephalopathy, bilirubin-induced neurological dysfunction and other complications, which can be manifested as lethargy, low response, convulsions, cognitive function abnormalities, hearing impairment and so on. When there is a suspicion of blood group incompatibility between a pregnant woman and her fetus, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination in time to avoid delaying the condition.
