The normal result of closed antibody should be positive, if it is negative, it may lead to the possibility of miscarriage, but not all closed antibody negativity will lead to miscarriage in clinical practice, for reference only. In case of recurrent miscarriage and a negative result of closed antibody, it is advisable to give appropriate treatment and prepare for pregnancy after a positive result, so that the chance of miscarriage will be relatively lower. Therefore, if a patient has miscarriage, especially recurrent miscarriage, it is recommended to have a closed antibody test and to decide clinically if intervention is needed based on the results. In case of recurrent miscarriage and a negative result, it is recommended to go to the eugenics clinic for further consultation and treatment.
