I believe everyone has more or less heard about the HPV vaccine which was listed not long ago, maybe some people have already experienced it first, some are still waiting for it, if you don’t know much about HPV vaccine and are hesitating whether to play it or not, I hope it can help you. 1.Cervical cancer Common gynecological malignant tumors include breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor in women, and there is a trend of youthfulness, and the morbidity and mortality rates are also on the rise. 2.HPV virus HPV is human papillomavirus. There are more than 170 HPV subtypes, among which about 14 are identified as high-risk HPV virus. HPV infection is the most important factor causing cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. 99% of cervical cancer patients are HPV positive. 3.HPV infection HPV infection is very common, according to statistics, the rate of HPV infection in sexually active women can reach 50% – 80%, most of which can be cleared by the autoimmune system, but only a few will develop into persistent infection, which increases the risk of malignant tumor development. 4.HPV vaccine The antigen in HPV vaccine is a non-viral particle formed by a protein of HPV virus using recombinant technology, the vaccine only contains protein components but not nucleic acid, so it can cause the body’s immune response to achieve the preventive effect without causing viral infection. Currently, there are three types of HPV vaccines: bivalent, quadrivalent and nine-valent vaccines, where “price” represents the type of virus that the vaccine is designed to prevent. Bivalent: HPV 16 and 18, which covers about 70% of HPV-positive subtypes in cervical cancer. Quadrivalent: HPV 6, 11, 16, 18, covering about 70% of the cervical cancer. Nine-valent: HPV 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58, covers about 90%. HPV vaccine has limited cross-protection against other subtypes not included, and the most common subtypes of high-risk HPV infection in China are 16, 52 and 58. 5. Vaccination time It is generally believed that HPV vaccine can be administered before the age of 9 to 45, and the earlier the vaccination, the better the effect, and the better the vaccination before having sex; (5) People with low immunity should not be vaccinated.
