pfna endoprosthesis procedure

PFNA internal fixation is mainly used for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, especially for intertrochanteric fractures caused by osteoporosis in the elderly. The procedure is performed under combined lumbar and rigid anesthesia or general anesthesia, and a lower extremity traction bed and C-arm are used during the procedure. The fracture is first tractionally repositioned under a traction bed, and the C-arm is used to confirm good position. After implantation, a C-arm fluoroscopy is required to lock the proximal and distal locking nails. After locking, the fracture position and internal fixation position still need to be visualized using C-arm fluoroscopy, and then sutured to the skin layer by layer.
