Nosebleeds for no reason, mainly may be caused by nose picking, environmental dryness, but also may be caused by nasal hemangioma, deviated septum, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other diseases, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the diagnosis.
1. Physiological reasons:
(1) Poor blood clotting function due to menstruation.
(2) Vigorous nose blowing or nose picking leading to nasal mucous membrane breakage.
(3) Blowing too much air conditioner or drying the air in fall makes the nasal mucous membrane rupture and bleed.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Nasal hemangioma.
(2) Nasal septum deviation leads to the convex surface of the submucosal blood vessels easily exposed bleeding.
(3) There are more serious cases such as nasopharyngeal cancer.
