What causes nosebleeds for no apparent reason?

Nosebleeds for no reason, mainly may be caused by nose picking, environmental dryness, but also may be caused by nasal hemangioma, deviated septum, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other diseases, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the diagnosis.
1. Physiological reasons:

2. Pathologic causes:
