The nebulized version of CIPTB solution for inhalation is currently recommended for adolescents and adults over 12 years of age, and there is no recommended dosage for children. There is also a lack of clinical experience with the aerosolized form of CIPRAMONIUM BROMIDE AEROSOL for use in children under 12 years of age. The main ingredients of CIPTAB are ipratropium bromide and salbutamol, which are used for the treatment of reversible bronchospasm associated with obstructive airway disease in patients who require a combination of bronchodilators. Compound ipratropium bromide is currently recommended for use in adolescents and adults 12 years of age and older. The recommended adult dosage of solution for inhalation to do nebulization is one vial for acute exacerbations, and one vial three to four times per day for maintenance therapy. The recommended adult dosage of the aerosol is 2 sprays/times, 4 times a day. The exact dosage needs to be used after consulting with a medical professional to avoid medication risks. Adverse reactions such as headache, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), impaired eye adjustment, nausea, and dry mouth may occur with the use of Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol. It is contraindicated in people who are allergic to soy and peanuts and in people who are allergic to Compound Ipratropium Bromide Nebulized Solution.
