Chest pain is not necessarily pneumonia, there are many diseases that can cause chest pain, other than pneumonia, such as tuberculous pleurisy, spontaneous pneumothorax, and more importantly, exclude cardiovascular diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, angina pectoris, aortic coarctation. When the symptoms of chest pain are detected, it is necessary to go to the hospital immediately to improve the electrocardiogram examination to initially exclude myocardial infarction and acute coronary syndrome, and to understand the accompanying symptoms of the patient in detail when the symptoms of chest pain appear. If it is accompanied by high fever, cough and sputum, it may be caused by pneumonia, and chest CT should be improved. If it is accompanied by profuse sweating, back pain and elevated blood pressure, it should be considered whether it is caused by heart disease, and coronary CT should be improved and coronary angiography should be done if necessary.
