Knee pain from lifting the leg may be caused by knee arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, knee ligament or meniscus injury and other reasons.

2. Rheumatoid arthritis: this is an autoimmune disease with erosive arthritis as the main symptom, with insidious and slow onset, usually the proximal interphalangeal joints and other small joints of the fingers are the first to start the disease, and then it develops to symmetrical multi-joint involvement, and the typical clinical manifestations are morning stiffness, joint distension, joint deformity.
3. Knee ligament or meniscus injury: mostly seen in sports injuries, usually manifested as knee pain, swelling, activity disorder.
If the pain in the knee is severe and the symptoms do not get better, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and have a relevant examination to clarify the cause of the disease and then give targeted treatment.
