Perianal perspiritis may present with symptoms such as perianal redness and swelling, and requires prompt treatment such as surgery. Perianal suppurative sweatitis is a chronic purulent disease that occurs mainly in the distribution area of the sweat glands. The pathogenesis of perianal suppurative sweatitis is still not well defined and may be related to genetic susceptibility and hormones. In chronic perianal suppurative sweats, the perianal area may be asymptomatic, or there may be inflammatory cord-like painful nodules, pustules, boils, anemia, emaciation, hypoproteinemia and other manifestations. In acute onset, typical symptoms such as fever, chills, general malaise, and localized perianal manifestations such as perianal erythema, pain, ulceration, and fistula formation may be present. If you have any of the above symptoms, or suspect that you have perianal pyogenic sweats, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in time to receive targeted treatment as soon as possible to avoid aggravation of your condition.
