Knee meniscoplasty post-operative rehabilitation program: 1. After the anesthesia subsides, start moving the toes and ankle joint, if the pain is not obvious, try to stretch the quadriceps. 2. 1 day after surgery, ankle pump exercises: hold the ankle joint with force dorsiflexion for 5 seconds, relax for 2 seconds, then hold it with force plantarflexion for 5 seconds, relax for 2 seconds, for once, at least 300 times/day. Quadriceps isometric stretching: that is, thigh muscle tensing and relaxation exercises, tense hold for 5 seconds, relax for 2 seconds for one time, each group of 100 times, 3-5 groups/day. One week after the surgery, discharge from the hospital, two weeks outpatient stitch removal, knee mobility should reach 120°-130°. 6.Discharge from the hospital and review every two weeks in the outpatient clinic. 7.After 4 weeks, you can resume normal walking. 8.Jogging exercises can be started in 2 months. 9, 3 months can resume sports, 6 months can start strenuous sports and competition.
