Can you run with rabies vaccination?

Running is not recommended during rabies vaccination. Because there is a possibility of some adverse reactions after rabies vaccination, the probability of these adverse reactions appearing is relatively small, but once they appear, it is not a suitable state for running. Most of the adverse reactions to rabies vaccine are local symptoms at the injection site, such as local pain, nodules or itching, or rash, but usually these local symptoms will disappear quickly. Some people may also have systemic symptoms, such as low fever, slightly elevated body temperature, and possibly dizziness and poor mental status, which is not a suitable state for running. Forced running is likely to aggravate these symptoms and make the patient more uncomfortable. However, even if such symptoms do not occur, running is not suitable and should be done after the rabies vaccine has been administered.
