Normal liver tissue under ultrasound is uniform density, sharp and clear edges, clear echogenicity, when the liver has inflammation, fibrosis, necrosis, there will be point-like enhancement shadow. 1. Fatty liver: ultrasound shows that the volume of liver increases, liver echogenicity is enhanced, accompanied by dot-like shadow with increased density, and intrahepatic blood vessels and bile ducts are not obvious. 2. Viral hepatitis: viral hepatitis is often accompanied by hepatocellular necrosis and cirrhosis, in which the liver loses its normal shape, the light spots in the liver are enhanced, and the liver parenchyma echoes are not homogeneous. 3. Liver fibrosis: Liver fibrosis in ultrasound shows that the liver echogenicity is enhanced with punctate density enhancement, roughness of the liver envelope, and enhancement of the liver tissue. We should pay attention to the spot density enhancement of the liver and go to the hospital for examination in time to clarify the specific situation and avoid the development of the disease.
