There is no such thing as the most effective 3 movements of patellar fracture rehabilitation training. In the clinic, it usually takes such methods as ankle active activities, patellofemoral activities, straight leg elevation training and auxiliary training.
1. Ankle active activity: dorsiflexion for 6 seconds + plantarflexion for 6 seconds, 10 times/group, then full range of motion of the ankle joint, 30~50 times per group, 3~5 groups/day.
2. Patellofemoral bone activity: gently push the patella in all directions, 3-5 times/day.
3. Straight leg raising training: the patient takes the lying position, extends the toes and ankle joints with force, flexes the hip and extends the knee, and then straightens the affected limbs to do back leg raising, side leg raising and straight leg raising training, and puts them down when the muscles are tired, and maintains them for 30 seconds each time, 3~5 groups/day.
4. 2~3 weeks after the operation, use the walker and crutches to assist walking training, 3~4 weeks after the operation, weight-bearing walking and squatting exercises.
Patients need to carry out rehabilitation training under the guidance of professional doctors, if serious discomfort occurs during the training, go to the hospital for follow-up in time.
