The severity of a breast nodule with tiny punctate echoes is uncertain, and the cause of the problem needs to be identified for further treatment. Breast nodule punctate echogenicity means that there are calcified spots in the breast, or calcified lumps, belongs to an abnormal phenomenon, may be due to breast hyperplasia, may also be caused by breast cancer, but also need to do further examination to clarify the diagnosis. 1. Mammography can usually observe small calcified foci in the breast, and the result may suggest the presence of multiple punctate echoes, but it can not be used as a diagnostic criterion for breast cancer, and tissue biopsy is still needed to clarify the condition. The presence of small punctate echoes in breast nodules should also be considered as a cause of mastitis or trauma to the breast, and hospitalization is recommended for further examination and treatment.
