There are no signs of vestibular dysfunction. The main symptoms include vertigo, balance disorders, and symptoms of autonomic dysfunction. 1. Vertigo: People with vestibular dysfunction may experience sudden and pronounced vertigo when doing rotational movements or within a short period of time. The attack of vertigo may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting and may be accompanied by a sensation of rotation of vision or rotation of one’s own body; 2.
