Frequent soreness in the arm is mainly seen in the following two conditions: 1. Because of cervical spondylosis or cervical disc herniation, the nerve root on one side is compressed, resulting in radiating pain and involvement pain in one upper limb. Patients with clinical symptoms may complain of soreness in the arm, no place to put it, and feeling uncomfortable wherever they put it, mainly because the herniated disc compresses the nerve root, resulting in soreness, tingling and radiating pain in the muscles in the area innervated by the nerve root, sometimes accompanied by numbness. The pain and tingling will gradually increase with the prolongation of the compression time, and may be combined with difficulty in holding objects and decreased muscle strength. 2, because of prolonged exercise, after excessive labor, the upper limb muscle strain, inflammation of the fascia, mainly manifested as soreness, swelling and pain, restricted activity, and reduced at rest, this condition can generally be cured by drug treatment.
