Is coronary artery stenosis less than 50% coronary heart disease?

Coronary artery disease refers to the narrowing of coronary vessels greater than 50%. If the narrowing of coronary vessels is less than 50%, coronary artery atherosclerosis cannot be diagnosed. Generally coronary atherosclerosis does not cause obvious reduction of coronary blood flow, so clinical symptoms, including chest tightness, shortness of breath and chest pain, do not appear. However, coronary atherosclerosis is the main cause of coronary heart disease and requires active secondary drug prophylaxis to prevent further narrowing and occlusion of coronary vessels. When coronary atherosclerosis occurs, we should pay attention to a low-fat diet, eat less egg yolk, fatty meat, animal offal, crab yolk and other high-fat foods, pay attention to regular work and rest, and quit smoking and drinking.
