What’s wrong with the kid’s teeth?

Children’s teeth growing out of place, i.e. malocclusion, may be related to genetic factors, or may be due to early loss of milk teeth, multiple teeth, or retained milk teeth.
1. Genetic factors: If the parents of a child have teeth growing out of place, the child may be affected by the genes and develop a malocclusion.
2. Early loss of milk teeth: If milk teeth are lost too early and permanent teeth are missing for a long time, it is easy to have insufficient space and produce crowding and misalignment, thus causing the child’s malocclusion.
3. Multiple teeth: If the child has multiple teeth, it will easily lead to the morphology disorder of the teeth and jaw system, which may cause malocclusion.
4. Retained milk teeth: If individual milk teeth are not lost for a long time, and the eruption of permanent teeth in the area is blocked due to retained milk teeth, it may cause misaligned eruption, which may result in the child’s malocclusion.
Parents are advised to bring their children to the doctor as soon as possible to clarify the cause of the malocclusion and then give targeted treatment.
