Taiyi in Chinese medicine refers to sighing and sighing.
Taiyi is the name of a symptom in Chinese medicine, and taiyi refers to deep breathing that is based on exhalation. In normal human respiration, an exhalation is called one breath, and after three breaths there is one deep breath. If the patient sighs frequently, it is called Good Taiyi. Good Taiyi is a symptom of Chinese medicine, which can be caused by liver and gallbladder stagnation, lung qi non-expansion, and lack of central qi.
If the patient feels relieved after Taiyi, it is a symptom of emotional disorders (unruffled emotions), liver qi stagnation (poor transportation of qi and blood in the liver and emotional depression). For Taiyi caused by liver and gallbladder qi stagnation and other solid evidence, the patient can be treated with the symptomatic treatments of Easy San and Chai Hu Shuo Hepatosan after identifying the symptoms of the condition. If it is caused by the deficiency evidence such as lack of central qi, it can be treated with Sheng Sheng Tang or Yi Qi Elevating and Lifting Tang after diagnosis.
If frequent sighing occurs unconsciously, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for diagnosis and treatment by a Chinese medicine practitioner, do not use medicine blindly to avoid delaying the condition.
