Training for the regulation of enuresis in children

Bedwetting at night is what we call enuresis. Urine loss in children is mostly functional and is related to factors such as imperfect brain development. As they get older, most children will reduce their enuresis, during which time we can use the following methods to regulate training.  1, bladder exercise method During the day, when the child’s bladder urine volume increases, encourage the child to hold urine for as long as possible, you can also teach him to interrupt urination exercise. That is, whenever the bladder is half empty, the child should interrupt urination, and then ask him to count from 1 to 10, and then empty the other half of the urine. These two methods can improve the control of the bladder sphincter and help control urine loss.      2.Reducing bladder capacity Children who urinate reduce their liquid diet and water after dinner, have less salt for dinner, and empty their bladder as much as possible before bedtime.      Parents can wake their children up before that time to let them urinate, and insist on forming a conditioned reflex after a period of time. After a period of time, the child will wake up to urinate and the urine loss will disappear naturally. Before the above training, it is best to go to the hospital to rule out other diseases on the one hand, and to get better results with medication on the other.
