Glomerular filtration rate is calculated as filtration coefficient*effective filtration pressure, glomerular filtration rate is also affected by many aspects, the normal range is 80~120ml/min.
Glomerular filtration rate = filtration coefficient * effective filtration pressure, the filtration coefficient is related to the area of the glomerular filtration membrane and the state of permeability of the filtration membrane, which represents the glomerular permeability. Effective filtration pressure = glomerular capillary blood pressure – (intracapsular pressure + plasma colloid osmotic pressure). The normal value of glomerular filtration rate is 80-120 ml/min.
Glomerular filtration rate is related by glomerular filtration area, glomerular effective filtration pressure and renal blood flow, when glomerular filtration area decreases, glomerular effective filtration pressure decreases and renal blood flow decreases, glomerular filtration rate will decrease accordingly.
If the patient has abnormal renal function, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
