Dangers of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

The dangers of HFMD: 1. Fever may lead to febrile convulsions. Most children with HFMD have fever that is not particularly pronounced, but some of them have febrile convulsions that are difficult to detect in time because of the high and rapid rise in body temperature, which can easily damage the central nervous system. 2. HFMD may lead to insufficient hydration and energy supply for the child, mainly because after the herpes in the pharynx becomes an ulcer, the symptoms of sore throat are very obvious, resulting in the child not being able to eat normally. This is the biggest danger of hand, foot and mouth disease, which can lead to serious illnesses and complications of the central nervous system.
