Chinese medicine identification and treatment of paralysis

Paralysis in traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into walking paralysis, pain paralysis, paralysis, rheumatism-heat paralysis (often manifested as burning, pain, redness and swelling of joints and muscles), deficiency of liver and kidney, etc., and can be treated with Fangfeng Tang, Wu Tou Tang, Coix Seed Tang, Bai Hu Plus Gui Zhi Tang, Duo Wu Sheng Tang, etc.
1. Paralysis: belonging to wind-cold-dampness paralysis of wind paralysis, manifested as pain in the joints of the limbs and wandering, can be treated by using wind-removing and pain-relieving Fangfeng Tang.
2. Pain paralysis: belongs to wind-cold-damp paralysis of cold paralysis, manifesting as severe pain in the joints of the limbs, aggravated by cold, can be treated with Wu Tou Tang, which is used for dispersing cold.
3. Paralysis with paralysis: wind-cold-damp paralysis of damp paralysis, manifested as joints, muscles, soreness, heavy, pain, heavy hands and feet, numbness of the limbs, can be used to remove wind and dampness of the Coix Seed Soup for treatment.
4. Rheumatism-heat paralysis: manifesting as redness, swelling, heat and pain in the joints of the limbs, constriction of tendons and veins (body spasm and convulsion due to the feeling of wind-cold), etc. It can be treated with Bai Hu Plus Gui Zhi Tang, which is designed to clear away heat and remove dampness.
5. Deficiency of liver and kidney: manifested as long lasting, swollen joints, stiffness and deformity, unfavorable flexion and extension, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, etc., and can be treated with Duhu Shengsheng Tang which nourishes the liver and kidney.
Patients should go to the hospital in time, and use the appropriate medication for treatment after identification under the guidance of the doctor, and should not use medication on their own.
