At present, there is no uniform height and weight standard table in clinical practice, and commonly used standards include BMI (body mass index) and ideal weight calculation. BMI = weight (kg) / weight ² (m), BMI normal value of 18.5 ~ 23.9, 24 ~ 27.9 for overweight, ≥ 28.0 for obesity, for example, such as an adult male height of 1.7 meters, weight 60 kg, then BMI = 60/1.72 = 20.76, for the normal range. Ideal weight calculation is a simpler calculation method, ideal weight = height (cm) -105 or [height (cm) -100] x 0.9, calculated ideal weight, up and down fluctuations of 10% are normal weight, > 10% for overweight, > 20% for obesity. Take an adult male height of 1.7 meters as an example, the ideal weight is about 65 kg, then the normal weight range is 58.5~71.5 kg. It should be noted that the above standards can only be roughly calculated, there are individual errors, for reference only.
