Tongue cancer does not have the expression of how long it takes to break out. Tongue cancer is affected by a combination of internal and external factors, and not all patients will suffer from tongue cancer.
1. External factors: long-term chronic physical stimulation such as heat and injury; chemical stimulation such as tobacco, alcohol and betel nut; malnutrition caused by lack of selenium, zinc and other trace elements are all factors contributing to the occurrence of tongue cancer.
2. Intrinsic factors: mental and psychological factors, endocrine dysfunction, immune deficiency, and some genetic factors are all factors affecting the occurrence of tongue cancer.
It is recommended to relax, have proper exercise, have a balanced diet, pay attention to sleep, avoid too hot and too cold diet, avoid spicy and stimulating food for a long period of time, quit smoking and drinking and other bad habits, and have regular oral checkups, which are the keys to prevent tongue cancer.
