Can you still have children if your testicles are gone?

Both testicles are gone and you cannot have children. If one testicle is present, fertility is still possible.
The testes are located in the scrotum and are flat and ovoid in shape, one on each side. Adult testes are about 4.5 centimeters in length, 3 centimeters in width, and weigh about 12 grams, and are the male gonads responsible for producing sperm, synthesizing and secreting androgen hormones, and maintaining the characteristic physiological traits of males.
Reproduction requires the combination of mature sperm and egg to form a fertilized egg in order to produce a child. When both testes are lost, a man cannot provide mature sperm and cannot have children. When only one testicle is lost and the other testicle is structurally and functionally intact, it is capable of producing sperm and there is still fertility.
