Stopping bleeding from trauma

The hemostatic method of traumatic bleeding is decided according to the condition, as follows: 1, traumatic bleeding leads to soft tissue bleeding of the skin, generally the bleeding is small, and can be stopped by debridement and suturing, or even some can be compressed and bandaged, while appropriate hemostatic drugs can be used. 2, traumatic injury leads to serious tissue damage bleeding, requiring dilation, exploration and suturing under anesthesia. 3, traumatic injury leads to serious intra-abdominal bleeding, the presence of rupture of abdominal organs or rupture of large blood vessels in the abdominal cavity, when the onset is fierce and the bleeding volume is large, the patient is prone to shock, and in serious cases, life-threatening. In this case, emergency dissection is needed to remove the organs or repair the blood vessels according to the condition.
