Why do I have back pain?

     There are many causes of low back pain.  Most outpatient visits are dominated by chronic low back pain. Degeneration of the lumbar spine caused by poor living and working posture.  1, lumbar disc herniation, the most common, combined with medical history and physical examination, as well as CT examination can confirm the diagnosis.  2, lumbar pain caused by degeneration of lumbar spine synovial joint, this is often ignored, and sometimes even CT examination may miss the diagnosis, often treated as “lumbar muscle strain”, and recurring episodes.  3, myofascial inflammation and other, imaging examination more visible lumbar spine osteophytes, degeneration.
