There are 3 major causes of pediatric cerebral palsy: 1) intrauterine factors: trauma during pregnancy, fetal pressure, etc.; 2) birth factors: obstructed labor, birth injury, umbilical cord encirclement, premature birth, asphyxia, etc.; 3) acquired factors: traumatic brain injury, meningitis, high fever, convulsions, etc. The above-mentioned causes may cause underdevelopment of the pediatric brain, hemorrhage, hypoxia, infarction, fluid accumulation, softening and atrophy, which leads to the syndrome of brain cell and muscle involvement “pediatric cerebral palsy”. What are the causes of pediatric cerebral palsy: (l) Low weight infants (less than 2500g): including premature immature infants, full-term small-like infants; (2) Congenital anomalies: including various causes of abnormal brain development, 53% of cerebral palsy patients with tetraplegia are related to congenital anomalies; in non-tetraplegic cerebral palsy patients, 35% are due to congenital dysplasia; (3) Cerebral ischemia and hypoxia: in (2) Placental factors: such as placental abruption, placenta praevia, placental necrosis or placental malfunction; (3) Cord blood flow blockage: such as cord prolapse, compression, knotting or winding; (4) Abnormalities in delivery: such as breech delivery, abnormalities in the delivery process, abnormalities in the delivery process, and abnormalities in the delivery process. Abnormal process: such as breech delivery, stalled delivery, surgical delivery (forceps) or application of anesthetics; ⑤ Neonatal factors: in addition to asphyxia, there are many abnormal cardiopulmonary diseases. Such as: congenital heart disease, respiratory distress syndrome, peripheral circulation failure, erythrocytosis. (4) Nuclear jaundice: It is an important cause of cerebral palsy, but with the progress of domestic medicine, the proportion of cerebral palsy caused by nuclear jaundice has decreased.
