Blood pressure consists of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The normal range of systolic blood pressure in adults is 90 to 139 mmHg, and the normal range of diastolic blood pressure in adults is 60 to 89 mmHg. A blood pressure of 110/70 mmHg is within the normal range of both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and is therefore normal.
Human blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day, and a normal blood pressure measurement does not represent the true level of blood pressure. If the systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90mmHg on three measurements taken on a different day, hypertension can be diagnosed.
Although the current blood pressure is normal, but if the symptoms of dizziness, headache should also be timely to the regular hospital for consultation, to clarify the cause of the disease, in accordance with the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment.
