Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae, the lesions are mainly located in the skin and peripheral nerves, with an epidemic history of 2,000 years in China, and history has referred to leprosy, syphilis and tuberculosis as the world’s three major chronic infectious diseases. According to the typical symptoms, leprosy is divided into early and middle and late stages.
