Conservative treatment is an option for unruptured asymptomatic microaneurysms, whereas prompt surgical treatment is generally recommended for ruptured or unruptured giant aneurysms. The treatment of unruptured aneurysms detected by CTA and MRA is still under clinical investigation and there are no high-level clinical guidelines. Asymptomatic small intracranial aneurysms can be treated conservatively, with follow-up imaging every six months or a year, if the aneurysm is enlarged, it should be treated promptly, and if the aneurysm is not enlarged, it can be followed up for observation. For huge aneurysms, ruptured aneurysms or aneurysms with obvious clinical symptoms, regardless of the size of the aneurysm, timely surgical treatment should be chosen to prevent rupture of the aneurysm or further serious consequences. It is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time and choose the appropriate treatment plan under the guidance of the doctor.
