Pimples, or acne, can be solved by medication and physical therapy if the same place on the face grows over and over again.
1. Drug treatment: patients can use topical adapalene gel, tazarotene gel, fusidic acid cream, erythromycin ointment, vinpocetine cream and other drugs to reduce sebaceous gland secretion and control inflammation. Severe cases can take oral doxycycline, roxithromycin, isotretinoin and other medications.
2. Physical therapy: Patients can choose to combine the application of red and blue light irradiation, brush fruit acids and other physical therapy to reduce local inflammation, unclogging blocked follicle openings, to solve acne.
