Recurrence rate of biliary lithotripsy

There has always been this so-called philosophy of biliary lithotripsy, but it’s not a standard treatment, it’s not a standard procedure. For some patients who have relatively clear requirements for biliary conservation, or for patients who are particularly young and do not have clear inflammation of the gallbladder, biliary conservation surgery can sometimes be considered, but basically 100% recurrence. Biliary lithotripsy is not technically difficult, as cholecystectomy or bile duct exploration, or removal of stones from the gallbladder and suturing, are not technically problematic. Biliary lithotripsy is not a standard procedure for the time being, it has not been clinically validated for a long period of time, it is not a very clear guideline for treatment, and it is not particularly advocated.
