Squamous cervical cancer stage 1b, i.e. cervical squamous cell carcinoma stage IB, is potentially curable, and its 5-year survival rate can reach more than 90%, but there are individual differences. The treatment process as well as the patient’s own physical condition are related. The clinical cure rate of cervical squamous cell carcinoma is mainly based on the 5-year survival rate. Stage ⅠB belongs to early stage lesions, and the tumor is only limited to the inside of the cervix. Through radical surgical resection, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the 5-year survival rate can reach more than 90%, and some of the patients can be clinically cured without recurrence and metastasis. However, as the disease progresses, the 5-year survival rate will gradually decrease. On the whole, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are of great help to the prognosis of squamous cervical cancer. Survival period is related to treatment effect and patient’s physical condition, and there are individual differences. Patients with stage IB cervical squamous cell carcinoma should consult the doctor in time for standardized treatment under the doctor’s guidance to improve the survival rate.
