Do melanomas come in red?

  There are many kinds of moles, including junctional moles, mixed moles and intradermal moles, and the colors are black, brown and red. As a young man with “moles”, Kang Kang also has a lot of moles on his body.  Moles are common benign skin tumors caused by the increase of melanocytes in the epidermis and dermis. This kind of paper gradually starts to appear after often two years of age, and can occur on any part of the skin and mucous membrane of the body, either flat or or elevated, with smooth surface, either hairy or hairless, and the number can vary from single to dozens.  And among skin tumors, there exists such a presence that looks similar to moles – melanoma, also called malignant melanoma. It mostly originates from melanocytes. It is highly malignant and prone to metastasis, so it is important to do early diagnosis and treatment.  Do melanomas come in red?  Melanoma is not completely black. Some patients have brown, red or white melanoma. These melanomas do not have smooth edges, but are usually jagged, rough or flaky, and may even ooze blood. The skin around the melanoma may be white or gray, with a dull complexion, and the patient may feel an itching or burning sensation in the affected area.  In the early stages of melanoma, irregular proliferation of the epidermis occurs, and nests of nevus cells and melanocytes can be found on closer inspection. These melanocytes invade the dermis in a perpendicular direction and the epidermis is glandular vesicular or fasciculated. The epidermis of melanoma will be elevated and the epidermis will be thicker than the rest of the skin.  In addition to surface abnormalities, patients with melanoma may also experience systemic symptoms. Patients with advanced melanoma may feel painful because of the pressure on the blood flow and the obstruction of blood flow. Patients with advanced melanoma may feel painful because the blood flow is obstructed due to the compression of the vital organs. At the same time, patients may suffer from physical wasting, mental depression and physical exhaustion, and other organs of the body may also become diseased.
