Macrotesticular polyspermia

Macrotesticular disorder and polyspermia may be characterized by intellectual disability, facial abnormalities, and mental retardation and lethargy, respectively.
Macrotesticular disorder is a congenital X-linked dominant disorder in which the patient has mental retardation, intellectual disability, social behavioral disorder, and facial abnormalities including drooling and tongue protruding out of the mouth due to the genetic mutation.
Polysemenorrhea may be caused by endocrine disorders or inflammation of seminal vesicle glands, etc. Patients may suffer from mental depression, easy fatigue, memory loss, and lethargy.
