The occurrence of cutaneous amyloidosis may be related to heredity, long-term friction stimulation and viral infections, etc. The patient’s skin will appear pinhead-sized brown rash, then form a slightly elevated papule, and gradually increase in size, which may be hemispherical, conical, and polygonal flattened raised, etc., and its color may be brown, yellow, brown, etc.. Some patients may also have clusters of purple-brown spots that may be fused to form a reticulated, corrugated appearance, often accompanied by itching.
